W I L D C A R D presents: A Workshop With Liz Stevenson

In this workshop Olivier-nominated director Liz Stevenson will take a group of actors through a condensed version of her rehearsal process, looking specifically at staying active with the text in the early stages of discovery. Working through exercises and playing with a fresh text which Liz is interested in directing, this workshop is aimed at actors who are looking to hone their craft & potentially discover something new in a collaborative environment.

Liz's Biography

Liz won the 2015 JMK Young Director Award. BARBARIANS at the Young Vic received much critical acclaim and was nominated for a 2016 Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre.

She is the Artistic Director of Junction 8 Theatre and the associate director at Theatre by the Lake, Keswick.

She is currently the Staff Director on Macbeth at the National Theatre (dir. by Rufus Noris).
